City of Phoenix

  • City Council Meetings.  City Council Agendas and Meeting Protocol Details
    • No public attendance, public comment via phone and email
    • Meetings live-streamed at Phoenix Channel 11
  • Public Hearings & Meetings.
  • Plan Review, Permits & Inspections.
    • Online Project Tools for Plan Review, Permits and Inspections.

    • Inspections follow regular protocol with modified practices.

City of Apache Junction

    • Building Division: Permit applications should be submitted via email. Inspections are currently being carried out as normal.

City of Avondale

    • Over-the-counter plan review and permitting is suspended. Online plan submittal available here.
  • Planning: Pre-application meetings and neighborhood meetings will temporarily be held via Zoom and conference call-in by phone.
  • Building & Engineering: In-person submittals accepted at the counter as long as the City remains open. Submittals quarantined for 48 hours before routing to Staff.

 City of Buckeye

    • USB submittals highly encouraged over paper copies.

City of Casa Grande

  • Planning & Development: Open with no changes to regular procedures.
  • City Council, Board, and Commission Meetings: In-person attendance limited to allow maximum of 10 people in council chambers at a time. Additional persons wishing to speak must wait outside and enter one at a time. Many council/board members will participate telephonically. Public Meeting Agendas

City of Chandler

    • Plan reviews and walk-in consultations by appointment only.
    • Building Safety, Civil Engineering, Planning, Traffic Engineering, and Permit Counter representatives available at 480-782-3000.

 City of El Mirage

  • Coronavirus News Updates: Click Here
  • Community Development: All over-the-counter plan review and permitting is suspended. Most staff is working remotely and will only be available for picking up or dropping off plans/permits on an appointment basis. Staff will continue to strongly encourage submittal submitted digitally or by U.S. mail.
  • Engineering and Building Safety: Inspections will be conducted as normally as possible.

Town of Gilbert

    • Town facilities closed through at least April 10 with most employees working remotely.

City of Glendale

City of Goodyear

City of Maricopa

    • City Hall is closed to the public but offering limited Curbside Service. As usual, applications can be submitted online at VIP Portal. Staff is available via phone and email.

Maricopa County

City of Mesa

    • Conducting business online and via telephone only. As usual, applications can be submitted through the DIMES portal. For DIMES-related questions, call 480-644-4273.
    • For permit questions, call 480-644-4273.
    • Building inspections are being conducted within one business day. Inspections are scheduled through the DIMES portal or by calling the 24-hour line at 480-644-2428.

City of Peoria

  • Development Services: City Hall is closed to the public, but all development functions are continuing through electronic or telephonic means.

    • Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit via online portal. All other planning applications can be submitted toPlanning.Applications@peoriaaz.gov. If electronic submittal is not possible, limited building access may be granted by appointment only by contacting (623) 773-7225, option 1.
    • Inspections being conducted as normal. All inspections should continue to be scheduled via online portal.

Pinal County

Town of Queen Creek

    • Town Hall is closed. Staff is available by email and phone.
    • Online services available through Development Nexus.
    • Building and Engineering Field Inspections expected to continue without adjustment.

City of Scottsdale

    • City Hall is closed to the public. Some staff is on-site and available by phone and email, but the City is strongly encouraging electronic submittals.

City of Surprise

    • Closed to in-person submittals. Permitting and submittals for all planning review, engineering permits and construction permits will be conducted online. Request an online plan submittal here.
